If the gel pearls aren’t forming, your skin is likely still damp. The exfoliant needs to be used on completely dry skin, as water stops the gel from bonding with dead skin cells. Apply to dry skin before cleansing or showering for the best pearling effect.
The gel pearls are getting stuck in my peach fuzz
