Change of mind return
If you change your mind on your purchase, we accept product returns within 30 days of placing your order. Any item purchased directly through our website can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, your item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging in which you received it.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. (We recommend using a trackable service to return the goods to us).We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
If you are returning a product/s that was part of a discounted set bundle, you will not receive the full price of that individual item. Instead, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

If 60 days have passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected, and we are satisfied with the condition of your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your payment method company as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

Exchanges
If any item you received is defective or damaged, we will replace the item with the same item within 30 days of purchase.
If you need to request an exchange, please email us at help@kitaskin.com with a photo of your defective/damaged product, and please include your order number in the email.
Missing or Incorrect Products
If your order is missing products or your order is incorrect, please contact our customer service team at help@kitaskin.com so we can replacements for missing products.
Please provide us details (including photos) as soon as you realise something is wrong with your order number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly and accordingly.
