Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   • The giveaway is open to all individuals who are residents of Australia. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
   • Employees of Kita Skin, their immediate families, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter:

   • Like the giveaway post on our Instagram page.
   • Follow @Kita_Skin on Instagram.
   • Register your entry by completing our registration form here: https://kitaskin.com/pages/win-a-years-supply-of-kita-skin 
   • You must be following @Kita_Skin on Instagram for your entry to be valid.

3. Entry Period:

   • The giveaway begins on 3rd June 2024 and ends on 23rd June 2024 at 12:00 PM AEST. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

4. Selection of Winner:

   • One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
   • The winner will be contacted via email within 7 days after the closing date of the giveaway.

5. Prize:

   • The prize consists of a year's worth of skincare from Kita Skin, defined as:
     • 10 units of our Mochi Skin Serum
     • 10 units of our Algae Super Serum
     • 4 units of our Hydrating Gel Exfoliant
   • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

6. Announcement of Winner:

   • The winner will be notified via the email address provided during registration.
   • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, Kita Skin reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. General Conditions:

   • By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   • Kita Skin reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Kita Skin in its sole discretion.
   • Kita Skin reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.

8. Privacy:

   • Any personal information supplied by entrants will be used for the purposes of administering the giveaway and in accordance with Kita Skin’s Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law:

   • This giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland Australia.

By participating in the giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
